I have been going here since 2019. Will say I feel they have gotten better with wait times and whole lot better with calls for booking appointments. LOVEEEEE the obgyns Dr. Vadgaonkar and both Dr Veras (Dr. Cynthia Vera spanish speaking also Dr. Tracy Vera) Also Dr. Khapekar aka Dr K has been an incredible pediatrician. She has cared for my two kids since newborns and is going to be caring for my third baby on the way. My kids currently are 6 and 5. My eldest has autism and Dr K has been so helpful with recommendations and finding therapy locations for him and making him feeling comfortable during appointments. She is always kind, patient, and truly takes the time to listen and answer every question big or small and speaks spanish. I’m grateful I found a pediatrician who is so knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated to her patients. I highly recommend her to any family looking for exceptional pediatric care!

I been attending this facility, the dental clinic for about a year. Dr. Faber, Dr. Garg. And the two Dental Assistants/Hygienist are wonderful people caring people.

My 90 year old dad had a scheduled dentist appointment at 1:30. Waited in the waiting area till 2:15...no one had the common courtesy to come out to let us know they were running behind...when a associates came out I approach, she seem annoyed 😡 when I ask he they were running behind. A few minutes later she comes and says it going to be a few minutes...a took 15mins. That is not a few mins.

I made a first time appointment to establish myself as a patient. I moved to Joliet from Chicago and I don’t know anyone here to leave my children with for the appointment. I arrived at 8am, my appointment was scheduled at 8:25. They told me they couldn’t see me because of my boys (ages 7& 11).My boys are quiet and well behaved and they still weren’t allowed to wait in the waiting room, so I took them to wait in the car. So long story short, I was there from 8am till 10am and the doctor never came in the room to see me, so I left! Why make appointments if you still have to wait hours for the doctor!?Who knows how much longer I would’ve been waiting there ! I waited 2 mos for this appointment, to not even been seen and a total disappointment!

I went to the health department for two physicals for my kids. Once we arrived for our appointment, the check in process was very smooth. Also, the registration process was thorough and very professional. We began our appointment within 5 minutes after registration was completed. Our Dr. was Dr. K (Anusha Khapekar), she handled everything like a true professional. She was so friendly and approachable. Additionally, she explained everything in great detail. She was assisted by nurse practitioner, MK. Both ladies did an excellent Job and deserve to be recognized for a job well done. Plus, our prescriptions were called in immediately, wow! This place is highly recommended.
